Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, the Public Investment Forum (PIF), has unveiled a digital platform designed to forge closer links with external fund managers.
The launch of the PIF Managers Gate platform was announced at the PIF’s inaugural asset management forum.
The online portal will provide data sharing, enhanced security and a digital operational and investment due diligence process.
According to the PIF, the overarching goal is “to catalyse expansion within the asset management ecosystem by identifying potential opportunities and streamlining PIF’s engagement with fund managers”.
The PIF also announced its portfolio management development program, an education initiative designed in partnership with IE University and sponsored by Riyadh-based asset manager SNB Capital.
