M7 opens Dubai office

UK-based asset manager M7 has opened an office in Dubai as part of its Middle East expansion plans.

The real estate investment firm has been authorised by the Dubai Financial Services Authority.

The new office will be led by Zaid Al Rawi, who was recently appointed as managing director for M7 Mena.

The initial focus will be on growing the firm’s capital-raising ability and expanding its investor relations in the region.

“Since founding M7 in 2009, we have always placed great importance on having a local presence and Dubai, as a world-leading financial centre and a primary gateway to accessing Middle Eastern capital, has always been a target market for us,” said M7 executive chairman Richard Croft.
