Fund placement firm Greenstone Equity Partners has teamed up with aosphere, an affiliate of global law firm Allen & Overy, to provide compliance support for fund managers in the GCC. The service is designed to promote regulatory-compliant capital raising in the region. It is aimed at fund managers marketing funds and other private placement offerings in the GCC market. Greenstone’s clients will be able to access aosphere’s Rulefinder service, which details the marketing restrictions for asset managers operating in the GCC.
