European management company (ManCo) FundRock has launched a Mena-based ManCo service.
FundRock (ME) will be based in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) having received regulatory approval from the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
FundRock was acquired by Bermuda-based investor services provider Apex Group in February.
The new entity will provide services previously delivered under the LRI Middle East brand including the management of collective investment funds and credit advisory services.
The business will be led by senior executive officer Faisal Hasan and chief risk officer Martin Bond.
