The real estate investment trust (REIT) managed by Emirates NBD Asset Management has appointed James Cresswell to its investment committee.
He replaces Sophie Llewellyn, who is stepping down from the role after six years on the committee.
Cresswell joins the two remaining members of the committee – Khaled Al Fahim and Christopher Seymour, both of whom have held these roles since 2017.
A chartered surveyor by profession, Cresswell moved to the UAE in 2010, where he worked for property firms CBRE and Cavendish Maxwell before co-founding his own boutique asset management firm Allanton Group.
