Abu Dhabi-based asset manager ADSS has named Holly Joint as global chief operating officer.
Her responsibilities will include supporting the firm’s efforts to expand its retail client base in the UK, Europe and Middle East.
Joint’s background in digital transformation projects is seen as integral to ADSS’s ambition to develop more personalised services for clients.
She was most recently employed at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where she led the group’s digital transformation programme.
Prior to that, Joint was chief transformation officer at Farah Experiences, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based Miral Asset Management.
