UBS looks for new Mena wealth management head

The head of wealth management for UBS Group’s Dubai branch has left the bank.

Cedric Lizin joined the Swiss bank in 2017 but has resigned just two years into the job.

He previously spent ten years at Barclays Wealth Management where he became chief operating officer based in Singapore.

He went on to become head of Barclay’s wealth management business in the Middle East, Africa and Japan, based in Dubai.

It is not known where Lizin is headed next but it has been reported that he is likely to join a rival private bank in the region.
