Regtech firm Fenergo has recruited a new head of sales for the Mena region and received a full licence from the Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC).
Fenergo will relocate to the DIFC’s fintech accelerator, Fintech Hive, and plans to work closely with regional financial institutions in the development of client lifecycle management products.
New recruit Cormac Sheedy will be based in Dubai, reporting to Fenergo’s head of Mena Sean Moore.
Prior to his new role at Fenergo, Sheedy was employed at Jersey Finance, the financial services lobbying for the Channel Island.
He has also held senior positions at Invesco Asset Management, Fidelity and Royal Bank of Canada.
