Abu Dhabi-based asset manager, Chimera Capital, has launched a Ucits ETF to provide exposure to UAE stocks.
The Chimera S&P UAE Ucits ETF tracks the S&P UAE BMI Liquid 20/35 Capped Index which includes the largest UAE stocks.
A sub-fund of Chimera’s Irish-listed Ucits umbrella fund, the ETF will issue dividends twice a year to investors.
It is also the second Ucits ETF to be listed on the Abu Dhabi Exchange.
Chimera Capital chairman, Syed Basar Shueb, said the ETF will “give investors further access to the increasingly appealing UAE economy”.
